Prestigious Community Care is a locally owned and operated provider registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Townsville and surrounding areas.
We identified that there was a need to provide Care for our disabled members in our community and their families. As people who have served in the health care system for a long time we have a passion to assist clients in their journey to enable them to live the best life possible.
We provide in-home disability support, disability transport and accessible vehicle hire.
We believe in maintaining a quality lifestyle for our clients to enable them to be as independent as possible. We involve our clients in all the planning and care they will receive so that they can feel as being part of the Prestigious Community Care family.

The provision of transition supports for people seeking a place to live, which suitably caters to their type and level of needs.
Such as meal preparation and delivery, house or yard maintenance, cleaning, and laundry.
To enable people to live as autonomously as possible — such as personal hygiene, dressing, medication assistance, financial management, communication skills and lifestyle mentoring.
To enable people with more complex needs to live as autonomously as possible – supports are provided by personnel with additional experience/qualification.
Arrangements to help individuals to live as autonomously as possible.

Activities outside the scope of ‘Participation in the Community’
Provision of travel arrangements and support for people to access essential services in the Townsville region.
We offer a fleet of modern, well-maintained disability vans equipped with the latest accessibility features, including wheelchair ramps, lifts, and secure tie-down systems.
Our experienced drivers provide safe and reliable door-to-door transport services for individuals and groups. We can assist with travel to medical appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
